About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Operational Data Improvement Manager to join our team at Acorn Insurance and Financial Services Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward our strategy of delivering great customer and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage data-driven insights to improve the performance, efficiency, and quality of the claims department
  • Forecast the future performance of the claims department using a variety of key metrics
  • Track and analyze performance against our plan, recommending improvements and implementing solutions
  • Build a capacity model which plans future requirements, tests 'what if' scenarios, and identifies trends, opportunities, and risks
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Comfortable with handling, analyzing, and presenting large amounts of data and metrics relating to telephony, resource, and claims
  • Experience of performance reporting and project management
  • Strong communication skills – ability to present plans and data in a simple and engaging way depending on the audience
  • Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders using leadership skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and proactively implement new ways of working
