As a Technical Customer Account Manager, you'll be the essential link for technical support within the business, focusing on customers and products. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be crucial.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Key Customer Relationships: Provide solutions and maintain high compliance standards to meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate Communications: Deliver meaningful technical insights that support daily customer operations.
  • Develop Customer Strategies: Engage in creating and executing customer strategy and category plans, ensuring alignment with technical and integrity requirements.


Skills and Experience:

  • Technical Background: Experience in a similar sector, with technical training and knowledge of factors affecting crop growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Proven success in managing customer relationships.
  • Technical Certification Knowledge: Familiarity with certification schemes such as BRC, GlobalGap, and Red Tractor.
