As they continue to expand, they require a committed professional to manage their payroll functions from their office near Camberley.
About the Job:
We are looking for a full-time Payroll Manager to oversee the complete payroll process. This role involves managing payroll operations for various sites across the UK. Due to the nature of the business, occasional weekend and bank holiday work may be required.
Duties will include:
- Maintaining and updating the payroll system
- Managing holiday allocations
- Processing new starters, overtime, and expenses in Sage Payroll
- Calculating statutory payments and attachment of earnings
- Completing RTI submissions to HMRC
- Using the Bacs system for salary payments
- Maintaining and uploading pension records
- Preparing and distributing payslips, P45s, and P60s
- Handling payroll queries and reports
About the Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will have strong numeracy skills and attention to detail, with a payroll qualification or equivalent experience. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and an understanding of pension auto-enrollment are essential. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also important.
