Business Development Manager (German)

Remote, UK

Up to £40,000 + OTE


My client is an award-winning Tech-for-Good LMS SaaS organisation looking to expand their incredibly customer-focused business development team with ambitious, entrepreneurial individuals with a background in SaaS/Learning.


Job Role

  • To drive business growth and development with our products and services in the DACH region.
  • Build and develop a sales pipeline with qualified potential clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract negotiations.
  • Identify business need & pain points to conduct effective product demos relevant to the target organisation.
  • Work cross departmentally to deliver an excellent customer experience whilst delivering on agreed quarterly and annual targets.

What you need:

2+ years of experience in sales or a related field with SaaS applications in the DACH region.

Fluency in German and English.

Knowledge of Learning Management Systems & the full sales cycle.

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

The ability to conduct interesting, educational product demos.
