Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager in the South England Region (ideally positioned to the West of Greater London). The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships within the merchant channel, and developing sales strategies to increase revenue. This role requires frequent travel to customer sites.


Purpose of the Role


To maximise sales and profitability through the education, and relationship management of customers and potential customers within the Distribution & Merchant Market.

Qualifications


  • Strong field sales experience within the builders merchant market.
  • Strategic management of area to maximise sales and profitability.
  • Ability to develop strong customer relationships. Industry knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Must be I.T Literate and have working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results driven.
  • A significant commitment to professional and personal development
  • Clean, current driving licence.
  • Minimum of 1 years field sales experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering results.
  • Must live in the South of England.
