A leading global law firm based in the heart of London that is dedicated to providing valuable exposure for its employees and excels in fostering relationships across its international offices.



The role


A leading international law firm is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to enhance and support benefit, well-being, and compensation programs across London, Europe, and Asia.


The Total Rewards Specialist will be responsible for conducting market reviews, implementing competitive local benefits, collecting and analysing salary data and surveys, and preparing information for the US compensation team.


This role will be responsible for sourcing and conducting market research, drafting benefit proposals, as well as working with London and international offices to maintain benefits well-being plans.


The Total Rewards Specialist will report to the Senior HR Manager in London and help mentor the HR Assistant. The role will sit in the wider generalist HR team and will take the lead in all rewards focused tasks and projects.


The Total Rewards Specialist will be expected to maintain current knowledge of trends and developments related to benefits and assist with surveys and benchmarking on the compensation side as well.



What do you need?


The ideal candidate will have 3-5 year's experience working within international rewards and benefits and ideally hold a bachelor’s degree.


You will have strong market knowledge of UK statutory benefits & compensation requirements and UK employment legislation.


You must be a hands-on team player and a confident and proactive collaborator and relationship builder.


You must demonstrate excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
