Payroll and Benefits Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our small but busy HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Being the main point of contact for all Payroll queries and issues
- Being responsible for the monthly payroll process
- Liaising with the Finance department for any payroll queries
- Dealing with all aspects of Pension administration for all employees in the firm
- Being the primary contact for company benefits, including all administration and research
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience within an HR department in professional services, preferably legal
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Payroll, Pensions, and Benefits administration
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently at all levels
- Strong IT skills and advanced Excel knowledge
