**Job Title:** Payroll and Benefits Specialist

**Location:** London Office

We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our small but busy HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Being the main point of contact for all Payroll queries and issues
  • Being responsible for the monthly payroll process
  • Liaising with the Finance department for any payroll queries
  • Dealing with all aspects of Pension administration for all employees in the firm
  • Being the primary contact for company benefits, including all administration and research

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within an HR department in professional services, preferably legal
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Payroll, Pensions, and Benefits administration
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently at all levels
  • Strong IT skills and advanced Excel knowledge
