Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our team at Intec Select. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for delivering strategic and operational payroll and compensation/benefits services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll Management: Accurately and timely management of UK and international payrolls, liaising with Finance, HR, and Executive teams, as well as international providers.
  2. Payroll Advice and Support: Provide advice and information to employees relating to payroll both in the UK and globally.
  3. Award and Share Scheme Management: Support the coordination, communication, and management of the annual award and organization share scheme.
  4. General Administration: General people administration, producing employee letters, and supporting HR programs and initiatives.
  5. Global Benefits and Pension Administration: Ensure that the administration of all global benefit and pension plans are accurate, compliant, and efficient, raising problems and seeking resolution directly.
  6. Data Management: Maintain employee data, monitor the integrity and management of the people data, and support/advise on correct record keeping and reporting.
  7. Compensation Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of compensation data, including global salary benchmarking.

Requirements:

  1. Employee Benefits and Pensions Knowledge: Experience and thorough knowledge of employee benefits and pensions.
  2. Analytical Skills: Sufficiently developed analytical skills with the ability to analyze a variety of data, determine validity, draw conclusions, and make recommendations in a clear, concise, and easily understandable manner.
  3. UK Payroll Legislation: Working knowledge of current UK payroll legislation.
  4. Annual Salary and Bonus Review: Working knowledge and experience in annual salary and bonus review processes.
  5. Private Company EBT Incentive Schemes: Experience of working with private company EBT incentive schemes.
  6. Employee Relations: Employee Relations experience.
  7. Language Skills: Business level fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal).
