Your Role

This London studio is seeking an exceptionally talented, Creative/Experience Strategist to join its team of designers. The studio specialises in connecting brands with communities and creating brand environments with purpose.

  • You possess advanced skills and expertise in crafting user-centric strategies and design based on insightful observations.
  • Your strength lies in simplifying abstract and intricate concepts into innovative solutions.
  • You are a seasoned practitioner who can seamlessly navigate the micro and macro perspectives.

  • You confidently conceptualise and deliver omnichannel experiences that propel your clients' business forward.
  • You actively promote collaboration, encourage talent, and support design across the studio.


What You Will Do

  • Directly engage with clients, cultivating relationships that align their goals and aspirations with our proposed strategies and solutions.
  • Offer insights to shape world-class strategies.
  • Provide strategic input throughout the project lifecycle.


Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of expertise in design and retail experience strategies, ideally with clients within the lifestyle and luxury sector (retail and entertainment).
  • Established a solid track record of developing strategies encompassing customer journeys, archetypes, experience briefs, strategic POVs, and workshops, translating into solutions that seamlessly traverse the digital and physical realms.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in executing research initiatives to gather additional content-focused requirements.
  • Experience designing and facilitating engaging workshops with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Adept at creating compelling communications that enable clients to visualise and comprehend the benefits and implications of strategies and recommendations.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating seamlessly with teams, clients, and other partners.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial in approach.
  • Competent in presentations and proposal development.
  • Responsive and thoughtful in handling design critique and feedback from clients and colleagues.


Technical Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required), Microsoft Office, and other visual communication tools
  • Fluency with digital collaboration tools such as Miro, Microsoft Teams, etc.
  • Familiar with social listening tools (Brandwatch) audience building tools (GWI), a bonus
  • Familiarity with rapid prototyping tools such as Sketch and AdobeXD is a bonus
