Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with functional managers to ensure all training requirements are met and accurately recorded.
  • Coordinate the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for various functions to compile an organisation-wide training plan.
  • Support the management of a centralised training budget, exploring various funding options.
  • Manage online training programmes and enhance the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Support ISO audits and accreditation processes.
  • Provide monthly reports to managers and employees detailing current training status and goals.
  • Partner with the Enterprise Excellence Team to support Continuous Improvement (CI) activities and initiatives.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree-level education.
  • Formal qualification in Learning & Development (L&D).
  • Experience using a range of LMS systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is desirable.
  • CIPD accreditation is desirable.
  • Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or defence sectors is desirable.
