We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and/or Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) in mainstream and special education schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide learning support to students with SEN/SEND in a classroom setting
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation
- Support students with their academic and personal development
- Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of SEN/SEND policies and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team
