London, United Kingdom Poole & Partners Ltd Full time

Imagine working with one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the world, driving meaningful change across the EMEA region, and building processes from the ground up.

This is your chance to join TikTok’s Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) team – where innovation meets strategy, and no two days are the same.

About the Role

As a Contingent Workforce Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind the implementation and enhancement of systems, policies, and processes that govern TikTok’s contingent workforce. You’ll need to bring expertise in UK labour laws and regulations in at least two other EMEA countries, ensuring compliance while optimising workforce efficiency. This role blends strategy, operations, and stakeholder management to deliver meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement best-in-class policies and systems for managing third-party workers, independent contractors, and outsourced staff.
  • Collaborate with HR, Procurement, Ethics, and business teams to ensure compliance with UK and EMEA labour regulations, including IR35.
  • Research and identify industry trends to optimise workforce management practices.
  • Oversee end-to-end processes, including onboarding, offboarding, attendance tracking, and payment systems.
  • Lead the rollout of TikTok’s in-house Vendor Management System (VMS) across EMEA in 2025.
  • Act as a key advisor on regional workforce-related queries and practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in contingent workforce program management.
  • Strong knowledge of UK and EMEA labour laws, including IR35.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in implementing workforce policies and systems across multiple regions.
