As the HR Business Partner you will be working closely with the Head of HR, wider HR team and the Senior Management Team. You will be the main point of contact for both managers and colleagues on all HR related topics and will drive and champion positive change through people led initiatives.

Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner role include:

  • Provide HR functional expertise to the Business Unit, supporting the MD to make effective decisions that are compliant and protect the business.
