As a Senior User Researcher, you will:

  • Plan and carry out user research activities within a product/service context
  • Conduct user research to provide insights that inform the product
  • Analyse and synthesise user research findings using range of methodologies and techniques
  • Advocate inclusivity and help deliver accessible services
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working directly with Design, Software, Content and Product team member
