As a Senior Recruiter or Business Manager, you’ll maintain and grow your own desk, build relationships with new clients and place the best candidates into their businesses whilst cross selling opportunities across the wider group.
We are ideally looking for specialist contract, freelance or temp recruiters to join our growing teams Here is what you'll do:
- Identify business opportunities within target clients / sectors
- Carry out business development activities to drive new business sales
- Offer recruitment and talent solutions to clients and candidates
- Cross sell the other brands within Majar Group
- Source high level candidates within your specific specialism
- Engage with active and passive candidates
- Develop a strong personal brand and knowledge within your sector
