We are looking for a handful of 360 recruiters to join us across our Creative, Client Services and Digital Marketing teams


We work across a wide range of industries - Our top clients include leading marketing agencies like Born Social, Publicis, 1000 Heads, Mother, and businesses like TikTok, Channel 4, Lego, Uber, Disney, Sky, Charlotte Tilbury and ASOS.


As a Senior Recruiter or Business Manager, you’ll maintain and grow your own desk, build relationships with new clients and place the best candidates into their businesses whilst cross selling opportunities across the wider group.


We are ideally looking for specialist permanent or contract/temp recruiters to join our growing teams Here is what you'll do:


  • Identify business opportunities within target clients / sectors
  • Carry out business development activities to drive new business sales
  • Offer recruitment and talent solutions to clients and candidates
  • Cross sell the other brands within Majar Group
  • Source high level candidates within your specific specialism
  • Engage with active and passive candidates
  • Develop a strong personal brand and knowledge within your sector
