As a Contract Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our valued customers. You'll be responsible for managing all customer requests efficiently, ensuring a proactive, consistent, and seamless service experience. By upholding strict contractual governance and reporting obligations, you'll provide essential support to operational teams, driving operational excellence and ensuring the highest levels of compliance with contractual SLAs and KPIs.


Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Customer Relations: Build strong relationships and exceed customer expectations.
  • Contractual Compliance: Monitor SLAs and KPIs, address non-compliance.
  • Performance Reviews: Chair customer reviews, manage actions, escalate issues.
  • Contract Improvement: Regularly review contracts, identify improvement areas.
  • Customer Queries: Respond to queries promptly and effectively.
  • Reporting: Produce and support customer performance reports.
  • Operational Improvement: Challenge teams, initiate improvements based on data.
  • Internal Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • Complaint Management: Handle customer complaints efficiently and effectively.


About you

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong personality and proven ability in building key stakeholder relationships
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Self-starter
  • Previous experience/ knowledge of Ground Support Equipment (advantageous)
  • Previous experience as a Key Account Manager or Contract Delivery Manager role a must
  • Must be able to liaise with customers and the Operations team
  • Full UK driving license
