Hand-made in the UK using the finest natural materials and skilled craftsmanship, every mattress, base, and topper is made by one craftsperson for a specific customer, tailored to their precise needs, with custom headboards and upholstery. About this role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager with a passion for luxury brands to join our small team. In this role, you will work with the Marketing Director to develop and implement marketing initiatives that showcase the brand's unique story. As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee brand collaborations and partnerships, create content, manage email marketing campaigns, organise events, and oversee social.

  • Planning: Develop and implement marketing activities in line with the strategy
  • Campaign management: Create, manage and execute compelling campaigns across different channels
  • Content Creation: Develop and oversee high-quality content, including articles, presentations, and marketing materials that resonate with the target audience and design professionals
  • Creative Brand Visuals: Design or oversee visually striking marketing collateral, such as brochures and videos that highlight the brand's core values
  • Email Marketing: Compile, brief and deliver the email marketing strategy
  • Savoir Club: Own and develop the referral and loyalty program
  • Press Enquiries: Support with PR commentary and liaison with external consultants
  • Project Management: Lead and manage marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient execution of projects
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with the team to organize and execute events, ensuring a cohesive brand experience throughout
  • Partnerships: Work with partners to create new content that is relevant to our high net worth audience
  • Performance Analysis: Measure the impact of marketing campaigns, using insights to inform future strategies


Requirements

  • The right to live and work in the UK
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  • 3-5 years of full mix marketing experience with a demonstrable portfolio of work
  • Experience in luxury interiors/furniture or a similar industry is preferred
  • A collaborative team player
  • Strong attention to detail – understands the requirements of a luxury brand and what resonates with a high net worth audience
  • Excellent native English copywriting skills and grammar
  • Creative eye and the ability to manage the creative development process
  • Can commute to the head office in NW10
