A global professional services company based in Glasgow is looking for a CRM Executive on a temp basis for 3 months.


This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has previously worked within a CRM capacity and has knowledge of keeping systems up to date and aligned with GDPR compliance.

You will be tasked with:


  • Day to day data management
  • Be the first point of contact for all things CRM related with regards to processes and platform changes
  • Working with the digital marketing team and other business teams to ensure everyone is contributing to data quality and efficient processes
  • Contribute to the longer term CRM strategy


To be considered for the role, you will have:

  • Experience working with CRM systems ideally InterAction but not essential
  • Understanding technical aspects of CRM, and integrating CRM data with other data sources
  • Project management experience of simple projects
  • The ability to contribute to process improvements and suggest new ideas
  • Understanding the basics of GDPR and PECR from a marketing data and consent perspective
