The Project Manager will develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables. They will collaborate with business leads and stakeholders to define project requirements, priorities, and success criteria.
Managing relationships with third-party delivery partners to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards is a critical aspect of this role. The Project Manager will coordinate resources across internal teams and external partners to ensure optimal utilization and timely delivery.
Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes is vital. The Project Manager will implement processes and standards to maintain the quality of deliverables, conducting regular reviews and audits as needed.
Clear and consistent communication among project team members, stakeholders, and executive leadership is crucial, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and progress.
Managing change requests and scope adjustments, assessing their impact on project timelines, budgets, and objectives is part of the role. The Project Manager will coordinate training sessions and develop user documentation to support the successful adoption of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution. Post-implementation support, including ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance, will ensure a smooth transition and user satisfaction.
About You
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Project Manager delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, preferably in a complex enterprise environment.
They should have a strong understanding of CRM concepts, processes, and best practices.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget, are essential.
Experience working with third-party vendors and managing vendor relationships is required.
The candidate must possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus, and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies is desirable.
