Job Opportunity: Workday Financials Systems Manager


We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity to join an industry-leading Workday Customer as a Workday Financials Systems Manager.


This is a full-time, permanent role based in London, offering a hybrid working model with three days per week onsite.


The position comes with a highly competitive salary ranging from £110,000 to £120,000 per annum, plus a minimum of 15% bonus and additional benefits.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Workday Financials and associated finance systems from implementation through to go-live and post-go-live optimization.
  • Provide both strategic and hands-on leadership across all areas of product transformation lifecycle.
  • Manage a team of Finance Systems Specialists and work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective knowledge transfer of finance-related processes.
  • Oversee a variety of finance systems and products, including Adaptive Planning, Coupa, Dell Boomi, Longview, Navan, and others, ensuring their seamless integration with Workday Financials.
  • Manage the delivery of security audits, access management, release management, and key rotation of finance systems.
  • Create and own the roadmap for change and implementation within the business.
  • Take ownership of incident management across all finance systems.
  • Document and implement IT General Controls (ITGC’s) across the Workday Financials and Finance Systems estate.


Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Workday Financials Systems Lead or Head of Finance Systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of finance systems and products.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and lead product transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with security audits, access management, and incident management.
