We are looking for an experienced UK Sales Manager to join our FormelD Sales team. For you to be successful in this position you will be responsible for the below, but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager
  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
  • Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
  • Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our services.
  • Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services
  • Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new business in the target area.
  • Introducing the Formel D service portfolio to develop potential new customers
  • Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Preparation and execution of sales approaches from customer acquisition to order confirmation
  • Developing individual service solutions according to the customer needs and expectations
  • Researching of market potential along the automotive supply value chain
  • Creation of proposals and presentations in close collaboration with Formel D operations
  • Planning and implementation of customer events and campaigns
  • Representative of Formel D service culture
  • Monitoring of activities and progress through the CRM Tool
  • Collaboration with national and internal colleagues to achieve global business development targets
  • Define the scope, resources, schedule, deliverables, objectives, risks, contingencies and milestones for each assigned project.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and project scope is controlled.
  • Compliance with group processes and standards.
  • Promote and develop relationships and manage negotiations with the client, as the official representative of the company.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in developing business and meeting sales objectives within the UK.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience of automotive sales
  • Ability to prepare technical solutions to the customers.
  • KPI Metrics management skills
  • Experienced working to Financial targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of (potential) customers and address their needs.
