Travis Perkins - Sales Operations Managers
As a Sales Operations Manager at Travis Perkins, you will play a crucial role within the branch team, working closely with the Branch Manager to develop and execute a sales strategy aimed at enhancing existing customer relationships, re-engaging previous customers, and attracting new clientele to foster profitable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and guide branch team members to align with the sales strategy while maintaining a professional, welcoming, and enthusiastic atmosphere.
  • Analyze local market dynamics to pinpoint opportunities and create compelling sales propositions.
  • Build and sustain profitable customer relationships while collaborating with suppliers to boost sales.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards to protect both colleagues and customers at the branch.
  • Assume responsibilities such as key-holder duties, management of branch operations, and providing support to the Branch Manager.
Requirements:While prior experience in a related field is advantageous, it is not essential. We are looking for candidates with strong customer service abilities, sales experience, and leadership skills. Essential qualities for success include self-motivation, adaptability, goal orientation, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
