Position Overview

Are you passionate about overseeing the entire product journey, from Sales to Logistics and Account Management? If you possess a background in a product-oriented sales leadership role and have expertise in Sage software, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

In this role as a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be accountable for a variety of daily activities within the depot, ensuring that no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls and managing email correspondence.
  • Overseeing office supplies and maintaining an organized and productive work environment.
  • Supervising the sales administration processes within the depot to guarantee the efficient handling of all sales orders.
  • Executing precise and timely account management tasks, utilizing Sage 50 software for order processing, inventory oversight, invoicing, payment collection, and establishing new customer accounts.
  • Managing general office operations, including supervising staff as necessary, ensuring targets are achieved, and adhering to Health and Safety regulations.
  • Coordinating deliveries with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Assisting in the formulation and execution of sales strategies aimed at driving growth and meeting sales objectives.
  • Delivering exceptional post-sale support to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in administration, particularly in accounts, including invoicing, purchase orders, payment processing, and credit control.
  • Proficiency in data entry.
  • Excellent computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and CRM systems.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to personal transportation.
