Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role as a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be accountable for a variety of daily activities within the depot, ensuring that no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls and managing email correspondence.
- Overseeing office supplies and maintaining an organized and productive work environment.
- Supervising the sales administration processes within the depot to guarantee the efficient handling of all sales orders.
- Executing precise and timely account management tasks, utilizing Sage 50 software for order processing, inventory oversight, invoicing, payment collection, and establishing new customer accounts.
- Managing general office operations, including supervising staff as necessary, ensuring targets are achieved, and adhering to Health and Safety regulations.
- Coordinating deliveries with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Assisting in the formulation and execution of sales strategies aimed at driving growth and meeting sales objectives.
- Delivering exceptional post-sale support to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in administration, particularly in accounts, including invoicing, purchase orders, payment processing, and credit control.
- Proficiency in data entry.
- Excellent computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and CRM systems.
- A valid UK driving license and access to personal transportation.
The successful applicant will:
- Be capable of independently managing the entire office process.
- Exhibit a keen attention to detail, as the role involves significant office and administrative tasks.
- Demonstrate a flexible approach, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
