Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Floor Manager to lead our team of Telesales Executives in achieving exceptional sales performance. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, coaching and mentoring your team, and ensuring they meet their targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of 10 Telesales Executives to achieve sales targets and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Develop and implement effective coaching and mentoring strategies to improve team performance
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns to drive growth and revenue
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a sales management role, with a proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales targets
  • Background in payroll software and experience with Sage
  • Competent user of salesforce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and implement effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
