Our client is a leading developer, operator and asset manager of PBSA in the UK and Ireland. For over 20 years, it has been at the forefront of the evolution of the PBSA sector. Throughout its evolution, it has worked with private equity funds and institutional capital and created its own UK PBSA fund alongside a well-known PERE.


Requirements:

  • Between 3 - 5 years' experience in Asset Management
  • Experience in operational real estate. Open to PBSA or retail sectors.
  • Solid investment acumen with good commercial judgement and financially numerate.


The role:

Our client is seeking a team orientated individual who is self-motivated with an innovative mind, excellent communication skills and practical approach to work to join the UK Asset Management Team. The successful candidate will help manage and maximise the performance of a large portfolio of PBSA assets, applying innovative & creative ideas to add value.


Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Asset Management with implementing pro-active asset management of PBSA assets in the UK and Ireland. Identifying initiatives, formulating business plans, and implementing value-add strategies to drive value where possible throughout the asset lifecycle.
  • External and internal reporting and client liaison.
  • Day to day management and monitoring of appointed internal and external consultants including the operator, lawyers and valuers
