Role and Company:

As a Direct Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales with existing accounts in the NHS, Charities, Local Authorities, Schools & Universities.

The role is within the Clinical Assessments division, meaning you will be providing consultations to customers, to identify & sell solutions that would address the problems they are trying to solve. You will be in contact with Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists in the NHS and Charity Owners, Procurement Teams and Head Teachers according to the type of account you are targeting.

Culture:

· Passionate about learning and helping Healthcare & Public Sector in achieving Gold Standard assessments.

· Regular updates / meetings to maintain seamless communication remotely.

Key Responsibilities

· Selling to existing accounts within the NHS trusts and developing those accounts to up-sell/ cross-sell.

· Facilitate customer consultations both virtually or in person, to provide product information, demonstrations and solutions.

· Be knowledgeable of market trends, industry news.

· Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product Management & other Internal Business teams.

Requirements

  • Right to Work in the UK.
  • Proven track record of Business Development, selling into existing accounts in the NHS.
  • Experience / Knowledge of sales process with multiple decision makers.
  • Psychology Degree or similar qualifications or prior experience working in this environment, wanting to pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Full UK driving license

Salary & Benefits Package

· £34,000 to £45,000 per annum and £15k OTE Capped

· Car Allowance of £350 per month

· 25 Days annual leave (increasing by 1 day with every year of continuous service up to 30 days)

· Purchase/Sell Annual leave (5 days)

· Annual Bonus (AIP)
