The Role

As Facilities and Admin Support, you will be responsible for the admin activities and facilities management for the office. You will be part of the admin team and collaborate with the team for admin activities including Health and Safety, Security.


You will offer support to the executive assistant (EA) for the business unit, client directors and operations. You will be occasionally visiting the Darlington office.


Key responsibilities:

  • Support EA for the business unit, client directors and operations directors and teams.
  • Support reception duties to include visa preparation and travel.
  • Ensure the facilities and surrounding work areas are maintained and supplied.
  • Ensure finances and procurement are within budget, raise PO and invoices.
  • Act as Fire Marshall
  • Help manage aspects of H&S activities, involve in reporting, attending and setting up committee meetings, ensuring all H&S policies follow IS0 45001.
  • Run H&S and environmental campaigns.
  • Help wider admin team for the security and access.
  • Access cards prepared and revoked where necessary.


Your Profile

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Knowledge of office management; MS Office Programmes (MS Excel and MS Word, MS Teams).
  • Good understanding of H&S and strong admin and facility management skills.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal with ability to think analytically and concern for quality of delivery.
  • Strong organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to be a team player who collaboratively strives to achieve the common goal.
  • Ability to adapt by embracing change to improve the quality and effectiveness of work.
