What will you be doing?

As Digital Marketing Manager, your role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our website, ensuring it aligns with our brand, engages our target audience and achieves our business objectives.


Operating within our Global Marketing team you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organisation. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will support the execution of ambitious growth plans, securing our continued leadership in the industry. This is a remarkable opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisation's growth journey as we continue to expand our manufacturing capability across all regions.


Key objectives in your role as Digital Marketing Manager include:

  • Leading the planning, execution, launch and ongoing development of the KDF website.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the website meets all requirements
  • Overseeing the design, functionality and user experience (UX) to ensure it meets our customer needs.
  • Creating and owning detailed project plans, timelines and budgets for the website and ongoing development.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including IS, Marketing Directors, General Managers, Commercial and Finance.
  • Managing relationships with external vendors, including web developers, designers and other agencies.
  • Tracking and reporting on KPIs related to the website’s performance.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
  • Adhering to the Company’s compliance obligations, policies, processes, and procedures.


What do you need?

You should have:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on website management and development.
  • Proven experience in leading successful website launches and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understand of SEO, SEM, content management and CMS platforms and web analytic tools.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Be a true team player who can work collaboratively or on own initiative in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to travel, as and when required.
  • PC literacy and be competent in the use of MS Office suite.
