Salary: £40,000+ per annum


Location: Hull


Hours: Monday - Friday Full-time


Axi Recruitment is working with a recognised global industry leading Manufacturing business. We’re seeking a strategic and analytical Digital Marketing Manager to help shape the future of our client’s business.


As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in collaborating with teams, supporting the execution of growth plans. This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact in the expansion of the business across all regions.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Leading the planning, execution, launch and ongoing development of the website.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the website meets requirements and expectations.
  • Overseeing the design, functionality and user experience (UX) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Creating and owning detailed project plans, timelines and budgets for the website and ongoing development.
  • Coordinating with various department across the business.
  • Managing relationships with external vendors, including web developers, designers and other agencies.
  • Tracking and reporting on KPIs related to the website’s performance.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.


The Person:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a digital marketing or similar role
  • Experience in leading successful website launches and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understand of SEO, SEM, content management and CMS platforms and web analytic tools.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Be a true team player who can work on own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to travel, as and when required.
