- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver overall ecommerce and marketing performance.
- Experience: A successful track record in a performance marketing or digital marketing role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior performance marketing/trading role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge and demonstrable hands-on experience with Google Package, META, Affiliate Networks, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and VOD.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and grow a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of trading/commercial environments, including supplier and third-party activities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in DTC, e-tail, retail: Experience working in a similar consumer technology online retail environment.
- Additional Skills: Proficiency in Google and Microsoft packages, with a digitally inquisitive and keen-to-experiment approach.
