About the Role

Aquilo Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Performance Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a world-class performance marketing strategy that drives business growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Own and develop our strategy for all media channels, including paid search, paid social, and organic campaigns, from conception to execution.
  • Leadership: Lead and grow a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our performance marketing initiatives.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of all paid media campaigns, ensuring timely and effective delivery of results.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and optimize campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and ROI targets.
  • Agency Management: Lead and manage our digital media agency, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of results.
  • Reporting and Insights: Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in a performance marketing or digital marketing role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing operations role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Google and Microsoft packages, with experience in managing large data sets and creating data-driven solutions.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and growing high-performing teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and work cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in E-commerce: Experience working in an e-commerce or retail environment, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  • Consumer Technology: Experience working in a consumer technology online retail environment, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
