An innovative food brand in rural East Yorkshire are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to work closely with the Head of Marketing and work on a new product launch


THE COMPANY

A growing food brand stocked in major grocery retailers and independent stores. They’re about to launch a new product line and the Head of Marketing has created a new position for a Marketing Manager to work on this new brand and range. It’s an opportunity to work on a blank slate where you can make your mark and be experimental. The team is outgoing, the opposite of corporate and are based in a rural office between York and Hull - offering (quite literally) a breath of fresh air and an environment free from the office politics or red tape found in larger corporate businesses.


THE ROLE


  • You'll be responsible for working alongside the Head of Marketing creating and delivering the digital marketing plan across various channels, including website, social media, campaigns, PR and promotional activity
  • Running social media plans and managing content creation working with external agencies
  • Working with outsourced agencies for content production, including videos, articles, and social posts
  • Producing regular digital marketing reports and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of activity across social media, email, and website using Google Analytics and other sources. Presenting key findings and learnings to the Head of Marketing.
  • Championing to the voice of the customer, feeding back to senior leadership team
  • Keeping an eye on the market and competitor activity


ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role you will need demonstrable experience in either a retailer / consumer brand / FMCG brand / food producer / or b2c marketing role. This could either be as a Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive, Brand Manager, Assistant Brand Manager or similar titles in Marketing. Due to their rural location, you will need access to a car.
