A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HRIS Analyst to join our London based global law firm on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract basis.


  • Evaluate primarily the People systems to identify points of improvement
  • Implement HRIS process improvements and policy changes
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert.
  • Work with HR and IT to maintain and improve the People systems' efficiency.
  • Supports critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS
  • Use data to build project plans and ensure adherence to schedule and other specifications.
  • Work with HR to create a reporting suite to drive analytics-based decisions making.
  • Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HR system upgrades or patches
  • Provides production support, including researching and resolving HR system problems
  • Conducts training whilst also providing guidelines and documentation.
  • Maintains awareness of current trends in HR systems with a focus on product and service. development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies.
  • Must have at least 2 year's experience of Workday (HR Systems)
  • Experience in Data analytical and data visualisation tools, Power Bi/Power Query
  • Knowledge/Experience with SQL or PL/SQL
  • Creation/configuration of reports and data analysis.
