Walker and Sloan are partnered a leading marketing agency who are looking for a talented Senior Biddable Media Executive to join their paid digital marketing team in London. In this role you will be responsible for delivering effective paid digital campaigns for clients, focusing primarily on Paid Search advertising through Google and Microsoft, as well as social media advertising.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee and optimise Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns for a diverse range of clients across various industries.
- Manage media budgets exceeding £1 million per month.
- Develop impactful paid digital strategies for client campaigns, leveraging desktop research and industry tools to craft compelling media plans, including budget allocations, creative strategies, and performance projections.
- Identify additional opportunities for existing clients to expand spending across more networks and channels, collaborating with colleagues to present these opportunities to clients.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members.
- Handle daily campaign monitoring, optimization, and budget management tasks.
- Participate in new business development by contributing to or preparing proposals as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to produce regular client reports and campaign review documents featuring accurate data, clear analysis, and recommendations.
What You'll Need To Apply
- Demonstrated expertise in managing Paid Search and Paid Social channels across Google Ads, paid social, and programmatic platforms.
- Skilled in setting up new accounts, including account uploads, tracking/goal setup, and report template creation.
- Proficient in utilizing reporting tools to monitor and derive actionable insights from paid digital campaigns.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuasively present ideas.
- Comfortable and confident in client interactions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel for data preparation and analysis, and PowerPoint and Word for creating clear reports and recommendations.
