About the Role:

Connect 4 Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Health and Safety Manager/Advisor for a short-term contract in Berlin. This role involves overseeing the installation of an automotive factory, ensuring all health and safety standards are met and maintained throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and enforce health and safety policies on-site.
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
  • Provide guidance and training to site personnel on safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international safety regulations.
  • Report and document any incidents or near-misses.
  • Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to promote a culture of safety.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager/Advisor in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to start mid-August and commit to the full 2-week contract.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus but not mandatory.
