Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine pricing strategies to drive margins and align with market dynamics, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with partners and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment of objectives.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Head of Partner Relationships to ensure the right services are delivered at the right prices by the right partners.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to analyze historical pricing trends and customer behavior, informing strategic pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate across departments to establish consistent pricing and ensure compliance throughout the organization.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with comprehensive market analysis, monitoring competitor strategies, and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver insightful reports to key stakeholders, providing guidance and support for effective price negotiations.
  • Drive efficiency through the implementation of technological tools, streamlining processes and enhancing accuracy.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.


Experience and Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in the Global Mobility, Relocation, Moving and/or Expatriate Services sector.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
  • Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and pricing methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute pricing strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Sound business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in pricing software, analytics tools, and advanced Excel functions.


Education and Training:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field preferred.
  • Extensive experience in pricing, revenue management, or related roles, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Previous experience working in the global relocation, international mobility and household goods moving sector is preferred but may not be essential.
