Contract specifics:

  1. Pay rate: £700pd (Inside IR35, Umbrella_
  2. Duration: 6 months with potential extension
  3. Location: Remote with occasional travel to Clitheroe


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project procurement strategies and approaches for multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contracts align with project delivery and contracting strategies.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage supplier relationships to optimize project outcomes.
  • Provide regular reporting on procurement performance to leadership teams.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in project procurement within industrial or construction projects.
  • Looking for experience in: Oil & Gas or Pharma or Life Sciences or Chemicals
  • Worked on CAPEX projects
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing major engineering/contractor firms.
  • Knowledge of quality standards, tools, and processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical field, or MCIPS certification.
