Role: Genesys Engineer

Location: London - Hybrid for 3 days working from office in London.

Duration: 6 Months Contract


Job Description:

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customer experience solutions using the Genesys Cloud platform. This role requires a deep understanding of contact center technologies, cloud infrastructure, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to deliver top-notch customer service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customer experience solutions on the Genesys Cloud CX platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Develop and maintain custom integrations and APIs to enhance the functionality of the Genesys Cloud platform.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Genesys Cloud environment.

• Conduct regular performance tuning, optimization, and maintenance of Genesys Cloud solutions.

• Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients as needed.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of the Genesys Cloud platform and integrate them into existing solutions.

• Ensure all solutions comply with industry standards, security policies, and best practices.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Genesys Cloud CX Developer or similar role.

• Strong proficiency in developing solutions using the Genesys Cloud CX platform.

• In-depth knowledge of contact center technologies and cloud infrastructure.

• Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar.

• Proficiency in RESTful APIs and web services.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in customer experience and contact center solutions.

• Version control expertise (such as GitHub)

• Prior experience building and maintaining a Genesys platform via Genesys CX as a Code

• Genesys Certified e.g. Professional, Architect or Developer
