The company is MacroActive. We are a high-growth SaaS software company in the health & wellness training/nutrition space. We have clients making millions of dollars using our software and our business model is one where we only make money when our clients do, which means that our sole focus is to help our clients deliver as much value as possible by selling digital products built on our platform.


We support the business automation and marketing automation of these digital entrepreneurs from industries including Nutrition, Fitness, Bodybuilding, Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, Wrestling, MMA, Rowing, Basketball, and the list goes on.…….. In this role, you will be responsible for learning and implementing an online marketing playbook with our MarcoActive clients. Ultimately, your goal is to help them grow their online businesses. This can be tricky in many cases as they are often extremely busy, have many projects on the go at any time, and do not want “more tasks to complete.” So, this role requires a very high degree of EQ, active listening, ability to establish trust quickly and then follow through on your follow up. This position will be the interface between our internal marketing team and the client. In some cases, you will require help from the internal marketing team for execution of specific campaigns, but 90% of the time you will be coaching, cheerleading, organizing, following up and just in general being a friend in these influencers' corner to get them what they need to help drive more revenue. Most of the time, this is keeping them on track with your playbook.


This position is an important position in the company which has a revenue generating responsibility with it (you help our clients make more $$, we make more $$). Because of this revenue component to the position, your remuneration will be reflective of your results. If you're exceptional with clients and prove your excellent attention to detail, and revenue growth among the portfolio of clients under your management, you will grow fast as the organisation grows. We are in fast growth and intend to take our staff along with us for the ride.

The success of your position is largely determined by how effective you are at motivating and inspiring the coaches and creators that you are working with. It’s almost as if you are a performance psychologist to them, helping them achieve the most they can. Half the time, success in this position is not about what you or they know they need to do, it’s about understanding what’s holding them back from doing what they already know they need to do. This is where your skills come in. The person we hire will be able to demonstrate clearly situations in former roles where they have experience and results in managing and coaching the psychological aspects of helping someone achieve outstanding results.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Establish strong working relationships with your clients and proactively manage them to grow their business.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for creators, providing expert advice and guidance to help them achieve their goals in areas of Fitness and Nutrition.
  • Communicate expectations and deadlines to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as an escalation point for the customer to the rest of the team.
  • Manage client test/trial process.
  • Create and maintain proper documentation as you complete your job.
  • Provide continuous training for the client so that they are experts in using the MacroActive software and other marketing tools (you will be trained on the product).
  • Maintain accurate client communication records in company CRM.
  • Ensure all internal stakeholders are updated on the client progress (informally but also formally in our weekly team meeting)
  • Interface with the internal marketing team for help as needed.
  • Communicate enhancement requests as appropriate.
  • Escalate issues when they arise.
  • Video conferences and calls with clients as part of core communication.


Requirements

  • We absolutely require people with a positive, “can do” attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile. The customer is always right.
  • Should possess a solid background in sports, fitness, and nutrition to effectively advise creators and guide them toward achieving their goals in these areas.
  • Killer EQ
  • Complete native of social media (SC, IG, FB, YT, TT, etc.)
  • Experience producing daily social content for yourself and/or a client
  • Quick learner & problem solver.
  • Tremendous interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Sound ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Attention to detail & positive attitude.
  • Passion for the health & wellness industry would be advantageous but not required.
  • Speaking another language will be an added advantage
