Our client's Data team plays a pivotal role in ensuring their researchers have access to the data they need to drive the company's goals forward.


We're currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help oversee various projects crucial to our data management and annotation efforts.


This is a 12-months contract role, based in Cambridge (3 days on-site a week), offering £86.000 per annum, pro rata (PAYE).


Responsibilities:

  • General Project Coordination and Administrative Duties: Support project management efforts within the Data team, including liaising with multiple stakeholders, planning work/tasks, tracking progress, and effective communication.
  • Annotation Coordination: Facilitate the annotation of data by liaising with our annotations team and researchers, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
  • Data Management: Manage and document our multimedia datasets, including access details, limitations on use, and other relevant information, utilizing spreadsheets, databases, and strong documentation skills.


Top 3 Non-Negotiable Skills:

  1. Demonstrable project management experience, including liaising with multiple stakeholders, planning work/tasks, and tracking progress.
  2. Data management skills, with experience working with spreadsheets or databases, ideally coupled with strong documentation skills.
  3. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear and concise communication with internal teams and stakeholders.


Good to Have Skills:

  • Exposure to ML/AI annotations data is preferred, but we understand it's a slightly niche area.
  • Additional skills or experience related to machine learning, artificial intelligence, or scripting languages like Python would be advantageous.
