iO Associates are looking for a Project Building Performance & Sustainability Engineer to work with a multidisciplinary engineering consultant with its headquarters situated in the UK. With the help of its team of energy, mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, and structural engineers, the company offers outstandingly innovative and environmentally friendly solutions for projects in the built environment.

They are seeking a Project Building Performance & Sustainability Engineer who will be in charge of post-contract implementation and BP&S service design quality and efficiency maintenance and improvement.

Required:

  • A degree and are pursuing chartered status.
  • Proven abilities in quality control, delivery, and project management.
  • Strong interpersonal and autonomous working abilities with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • As part of the RIBA Stages 2 and 3 Design Process, develop concept designs.
  • Utilising IES software, do calculations related to heat loss, overheating, ventilation, energy analysis, and CFD analysis.
  • Utilise design software such as One Click LCA, BREEAM Projects, SAP (Stroma), Hevacomp, IES, Revit, Bluebeam, and Hevacomp.
  • Make that the EPC and SBEM/SAP computations are finished.
