Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Performance Consultant to join our Assets & Facilities Management Team at Turner & Townsend Group.

About the Role

  • As a Senior Building Performance Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consultancy services to our clients in the defence sector.
  • You will work closely with our senior team members to deliver projects and programmes, and provide expert advice on corporate real estate and facilities management.
  • Key responsibilities will include:
    • Providing consultancy services to clients on corporate real estate and facilities management.
    • Delivering projects and programmes to meet client requirements.
    • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
    • Analysing information quickly and efficiently to make informed decisions.
    • Leading the establishment of project success criteria and monitoring project performance.
    • Managing project information and communicating with clients through regular meetings and written reports.
    • Commercially astute and able to manage projects to maximise profit.
  • Minimum three years' experience in a consultancy and delivery role.
  • Full-time position with flexible working opportunities and home working.
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight.

Requirements

  • Experience in project and programme management, such as Prince2 or similar.
  • Client relationship management, including internal clients.
  • Experience in a consultancy and delivery role.
  • Consultancy and delivery experience within a defence/security setting.
  • Corporate real estate and/or facilities management experience.
