Senior Consultant - Major Projects & Programmes

As a Senior Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing complex projects and programmes, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. You'll have a keen interest in Corporate Real Estate and/or Facilities Management, with strong programme, project, and stakeholder management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex projects and programmes, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Lead the establishment of project governance, processes, and systems, ensuring effective project management.
  • Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including the use of KPIs, to improve project performance.
  • Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years' experience in a consultancy and delivery role.
  • Full-time (with flexible working opportunities and home working).
  • Willingness to travel/stay overnight.
