As a Senior Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to work on high-profile consultancy engagements in the Defence sector, leveraging your expertise in Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management to drive transformation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality consultancy services to Defence sector clients, including project and programme management, stakeholder engagement, and commercial management.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement business strategies, including bid writing and marketing material development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying and resolving issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including the use of KPIs, to improve project performance.
- Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
Requirements:
- Minimum three years' experience in a consultancy and delivery role, with a focus on Defence sector projects.
- Proven experience in project and programme management, including Prince2 or similar methodologies.
- Excellent client relationship management skills, including internal clients.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage projects to maximise profit.
