The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for business-to-business sales and relationships in the region, including "key" main contractors, subcontractors and civils merchants / builder's merchants. The Regional Sales Manager will work alongside the Stockist and Specification Manager supporting general merchant / stockist activity as required and drive Commercial type sales through this sales channel.

KEY DUTIES

  1. To improve sales revenue and profitability of customer accounts in the region.
  2. To enhance performance of customer accounts and develop strategies for maintaining and improving relationships with key decision-makers.
  3. To fully utilise the company's CRM system to record and analyse customer account information and promote 1st class customer service.
  4. To work effectively with all other functions of the business including internal sales, credit control and despatch to ensure the highest level of customer service.
  5. To work closely on core product sales with other members of the team to ensure sales are maximised wherever possible.
  6. To accurately forecast customer demand and requirements to enable effective operations planning.
