My client is a top 100 accountancy practice based in East London who are currently seeking experienced individuals for a Bookkeeper/Cloud Client Manager position in the cloud team within their successful accountancy firm.


Are you a skilled bookkeeper seeking a new and exciting opportunity? Look no further As a Cloud Client Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the organisation, working collaboratively in the office to support both our dedicated outsourced team and our accomplished Cloud Team Manager.


Main Responsibilities


Conduct bookkeeping tasks on Xero for a diverse clientele spanning various industries.

Responsibilities encompass, but are not confined to:


  • Conducting bank reconciliations
  • Generating sales and purchase invoices
  • Running reports to monitor task progress related to VAT returns, OSS returns, YE accounts, and bookkeeping deadlines
  • Optimise the efficiency of bookkeeping tasks using the efficiency check-list and implementing required enhancements
  • Coordinate with PA's for the scheduling of year-end accounts when they are prepared


Requirements


  • 2-3 years experience using Xero software
  • Accredited by AAT or possess equivalent qualifications through experience
  • Background in professional accountancy practice
  • Profound comprehension of accounting and tax principles
  • Xero certification coupled with expertise in preparing VAT returns
