Six Nations Rugby is the official organising body of the annual men’s, women’s and U20s Six Nations Championships and the Autumn International Series. Working in partnership with its member unions and federations in England (RFU), France (FFR), Ireland (IRFU), Italy (FIR), Scotland (SRU) and Wales (WRU), Six Nations Rugby has responsibility for the commercialisation of centralised commercial rights, and the promotion and operation of the renowned Six Nations Championships and Autumn Nations Series.

The Six Nations Championship is the oldest international rugby tournament in the world, dating back to its original incarnation in 1883 and expanding to its current format of six teams in 2000. It consists of three highly competitive annual tournaments across men’s, women’s and U20s rugby. The media rights and certain commercial rights of the Autumn Internationals have recently been centralised, with Six Nations Rugby now supporting the growth and development of these matches for all six unions.

About the role

The Partnerships Manager role is an essential member of the team delivering commercial rights for key partners at Six Nations Rugby. As our Partnerships Manager, you'll join Six Nations at a very exciting time in the organisations history with the opportunity to support an innovative sponsorship & partnership programme to grow the commercial success of the Six Nations Championships and enhance all Union activities.

The Partnerships Manager will work closely with the Senior Partnerships Manager, and Director of Revenue and Strategy, to deliver the sponsorship programme and support partnerships for Six Nations Rugby, while also being a key figure in the partnerships team providing commercial excellence for all partners.

The successful candidate will support the rights delivery requirements for key partners that the six representative unions and federations have centralised, supporting a world class sponsorship programme, aligned with the unions, in multiple territories.

Working closely with the SPM you will manage key sponsorship accounts and link between internal teams, agencies, unions and partners on delivering all rights for your accounts. This role requires an understanding of the global sporting commercial landscape, the ability to develop relationships with senior decision-makers, and a demonstrable track-record of delivering multi-million pound sponsorship accounts in multiple markets.

As Partnerships Executive you will:

· Be a key part of the innovative Six Nations Partnerships programme, in multiple territories

· Support requirements of key Partnership accounts and deliver best in class service to your allocated partners

· Support the day-to-day management of your Six Nations partners, while building excellent relationships with all partners

· Track and report on delivery of championship rights on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

· Create clear Dashboards and Reports highlighting the status and progress of delivering rights during and following each championship.

· Manage ticketing and hospitality requests during each championship for commercial partners

· Is very experienced at presenting key reports to Senior Executives to showcase exceptional results.

· Work with partners to secure assets and artwork to meet key championship deadlines.

· Create excellent working relationships with 6 Nations team, partners and Unions
