Day-to-day of the role:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and support.
- Coordinate sales team activities and manage schedules to ensure efficient operation of the department.
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all sales and service objectives are met.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations as required.
