As the Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in bolstering the marketing team's initiatives aimed at enhancing brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will work closely with diverse departments to implement cohesive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and drive lead generation.
  • Create compelling content and oversee the company's LinkedIn presence.
  • Execute SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Collaborate on event marketing efforts and contribute to the development of sales materials.
  • Analyse marketing performance metrics and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing materials and communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital analytics (GA4, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written English and strong copywriting abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • DBS Check required.
  • Commercially astute with strong numerical skills.
  • Team player with project management capabilities and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
